Spent the weekend making 30 pounds of venison jerky with the last of the meat from my two archery deer. Loven this new smoker for its versatility. I did 3 batches of 12 screens.   These are the last two batches from Sunday. Saturday’s batch was already vacuum sealed and in the freezer.
