Alligator nuggets

After a Successful hunt with Central Florida Trophy Hunts, I'm cooking up some of the gator meat.





I made a mixture of buttermilk and eggs and soaked the gator meat over night.



I used Shore lunch breading to coat the meat.





I fried the gator meat in peanut oil.





It was fantastic.
